Here’s how to plan for Christmas, from sending in your memories to choosing your processing time.
Approximately 4–6 weeks
Standard Processing is included with your KODAK Digitizing Box. For the best chance of having your digital memories ready by Christmas, your filled box should arrive by Friday, November 13.
Orders arriving later will be processed normally in the order received. Completion by Christmas is not guaranteed.

When your filled box arrives by December 11 and meets the requirements below, we guarantee your digitized memories will be available online by Christmas.
The Christmas guarantee covers digital memories only. Thumb drives, DVDs, and the return of your original media may arrive after Christmas.
Christmas deadlines are arrival dates. Your filled KODAK Digitizing Box must reach our digitizing facility by the applicable cutoff.
After you order, we’ll send you your KODAK Digitizing Box. Fill it with your memories, then send it back using your prepaid UPS shipping label. Your processing timeline starts when your filled box arrives at our facility.

UPS and other carriers can experience delays during the busy holiday season. Shipping earlier gives you extra breathing room.
Drop off your filled KODAK Digitizing Box at a UPS store within 1–2 business days of receiving it, and keep your drop-off receipt.
Guaranteed Christmas Rush is sold based on the digitizing capacity available when you order. Returning your box promptly lets us reserve that capacity and honor your processing time. Waiting to ship may affect our ability to finish by Christmas.

Apply a barcode to every item.
Pack everything securely in your box.
Drop off your filled box at a UPS store within 1–2 business days of receiving it, and keep your receipt.
We’ll let you know when your box arrives and keep you updated throughout digitizing. Prompt return shipping is required for us to honor your Rush processing time.

Giving a KODAK Digitizing Box for Christmas is different from having memories digitized by Christmas.
Even after the digitizing cutoffs, you can give someone a box to open on Christmas morning. They can gather their family’s tapes, film, photos, and recordings during the holidays, then send everything to us afterward.
The box is the gift. The memories come next. Check the shipping options at checkout for delivery of your empty box.
With Guaranteed Christmas Rush, your digitized memories will be available online by Christmas so you can watch and share them with family and friends.
We’ll safely return your original media after digitizing. Physical copies, including thumb drives and DVDs, are outside the Christmas guarantee and may arrive later.
No. These are arrival deadlines. Your filled KODAK Digitizing Box must physically arrive at our digitizing facility by the applicable cutoff.
For the best chance of completion by Christmas, your filled box should arrive by Friday, November 13, 2026. Standard Processing takes approximately 4–6 weeks. Christmas completion is not guaranteed.
