Questions and answers.
How long does the whole process take?
About four to six weeks once we receive your filled box. We email updates at every step, the same way our film mailers used to mail status cards.
Will I get my originals back?
Yes. Always. Every original is packed back into the same box and shipped home with full tracking. Nothing is thrown away or kept.
What if a tape is damaged?
Our trained technicians inspect every item by hand. If anything needs special care, we call you before doing a thing.
I am not great with computers. Can I still watch them?
Yes. Pick a DVD that plays in any DVD player, a thumb drive, or a digital download. Whichever is easiest.
Can I order over the phone?
